At Kimball Electronics, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and belonging. This June, our global teams came together to celebrate PRIDE Month with meaningful actions that reflect our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community.
We were proud to once again sponsor the Dubois County PRIDE Festival in Jasper, Indiana. Our presence at the event was highlighted by team members from Kimball Electronics Indianapolis (KEIND) and Shared Services. Darcy Parks, along with her daughter, and Scott Saalman represented our company at the booth, engaging with festival-goers and sharing our values of diversity and inclusion.
Our PRIDE Employee Resource Group hosted a virtual event featuring Murray Hill, a celebrated comedian, actor, and drag king. Known for appearances on television and in film, Murray brought humor and heart to a conversation about identity, resilience, and representation.
At our Kimball Electronics Mexico facility, employees proudly waved the PRIDE flag through the hallways, creating a vibrant and visible show of support. This symbolic gesture underscored our global commitment to standing with the LGBTQ+ community.
In addition to our festival sponsorship, Kimball Electronics made donations to several impactful LGBTQ+ organizations, including:
These contributions reflect our ongoing dedication to advocacy, education, and support for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families.
At Kimball Electronics, PRIDE is more than a month—it’s a movement we’re proud to support year-round. Thank you to all our employees who helped make this celebration meaningful and memorable.
