Personal information from non-US citizens may be collected by us and may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Kimball or its agents maintain facilities, and by using kimballelectronics.com or providing information to us as a non-US citizen, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

 

For Non-EU and UK visitors: If visitors to our website believe their privacy may have been violated or wish to exercise any rights granted under any applicable privacy law, they are encouraged to contact the Privacy Compliance Manager in writing at keiprivacy@kimballelectronics.com and provide a description of the possible violation or the requested action. Visitors may also use our confidential hotline at https://hotline.kimballelectronics.com. Kimball will investigate and attempt to resolve any such suspected violations. If the visitor does not find the proposed solution satisfactory, we will resolve the dispute utilizing the appropriate data protection agency or, if required, via binding arbitration through the ICDR- American Arbitration Association.

 

For EU and UK visitors: In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, Kimball commits to resolve DPF Principles-related complaints about our collection and use of your personal information. EU and UK individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, should first contact Kimball's Privacy Compliance Manager in writing at keiprivacy@kimballelectronics.com or use our confidential hotline at https://hotline.kimballelectronics.com. In the unlikely event, we are unable to resolve the complaint, the EU and UK individuals may elect to invoke binding arbitration by delivering notice to Kimball and following the procedures and subject to the conditions set forth in Annex 1 of the DPF-Principles.

 

We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Kimball has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.
